Newport covered bridge, is situated on East County Road 50 North / Hopkins Street, west of SR 63, northwest of Newport, Vermillion County, Indiana.
It was built in 1885, using Burr Arch construction, by J. J. Daniels, has a span of 180 feet and crosses the Little Vermillion River.
