Medora bridge

Medora covered bridge, is situated just off IN 235, east of Medora, Jackson County, Indiana.

It was built in 1875, using a three span Burr Arch Truss construction, by Joseph J. Daniels, has a span of 458 feet, and crosses East Fork White River.

This is the longest covered bridge in the United States. The rehabilitation of this bridge was completed in 2011. Open to pedestrians only.
