Bridgeton covered bridge, is situated in the center of the small town of Bridgeton, in Parke County, Indiana, next to the Bridgeton Mill.
It was originally built in 1868, using Burr Arch construction, by Joseph J Daniels, with a double span of 267 feet and crossing Big Raccoon Creek, over a waterfall. The original bridge was lost to a fire caused by arson, in 2005, and was rebuilt in its likeness, completed in 2006.
